i got nothin'

I was planning on making up for my lack of posting yesterday by writing something significant, but since I just accidentally shredded several important original documents and am rather distraught about it, I'm just gonna have to say "fuck it". I will however note that Heroes was surprisingly awesome last night, and that even though the "resurrection" of Mr. Bennett dampened the shock of his death, it was nice to finally get a good "oh fuck!" moment this season. Too bad there's only two more episodes to go - fucking bastard ass writers. And with that I bid you farewell for this week, as I will be departing for NYC tomorrow for an extended weekend of debauchery that would make even the most lecherous pilgrim blush. I leave you with this sculpture from Rosemarie Fiore's Death Scenes, a series of ceramics which brilliantly (and violently) answers one of life's eternal questions: what if Wile E. Coyote won? Enjoy (more here), and may your holiday be as drunken and immoral as mine.
