At the behest of a VIC (that's very important commenter - I know, lame!) I have decided to continue blog action day, but today we won't be discussing the environment. No, today's topic is silent killers, and there's one that particularly irks me. Diabetes. Diabetes blows, if not only because I despise - really, really despise - disordered metabolism and hyperglycemia (hear me low insulin levels?), but also it breaks my fragile heart when bad things happen to precious soul mates.

I wish I could replace my insulin with your kind, gentle heart and everyday after I ate, I'd inject myself with your beating, adorable blood.
Also, I'm eating a delicious Almond Joy-mentioned because of our conversation this morning, not because it is probably slowley killing me.
