today's theme: lazy embedded video posting!

In an act highly reminiscent of that Sony Bravia commercial from a year or so ago, protesters in Rome unleashed a fuckload of colored balls on the Spanish Steps.



Unfortunately it appears they used not bouncy balls like in the original commercial but instead the more rigid, plastic kind found in ball pits and such, which doesn't have quite the same affect. But whatever, it's still cool looking, and anything that makes that makes the Spanish Steps as interesting as tourists seem to think they are gets a huge thumbs up from me. Also, social disorder rocks my world.

UPDATE: According to the Miami Herald, this was organized by the same guy who dyed the Trevi Fountain red, which I mentioned on here back in October.
