I was about to post a video from boingboing of utterly hypnotic traffic merging from India, only to learn from the youtube comments - usually the last place I'd look for any sort of rational thinking - that the clip is indeed significantly sped up. I was for a moment disappointed, until I thought of something better, something that I'm sure a lot of people have seen, but something that is still totally awesome, not only for the carnage but also because it was singlehandedly responsible for exposing me to the Juliet song "Avalon" which I still totally jam to this day.
And note that I plan on rocking the purple border until someone tells me to stop.

I guess I cant blame you for your "vehicular apprehensions", I've been in 2 wrecks on my way home from work in less than 2 months. The 2nd time it was not my fault, I was rear-ended (no pun intended) on 65 north and it quickly turned into a 10 car pile up.I would LOVE it if I never had to drive
