I was having trouble sleeping last night and, as I usually do in such situations, decided to listen to some relaxing music in hopes of making me tired. I eventually settled on Johann Johannsson's Virthulegu Forsetar (see last.fm widget), and while it is a truly incredible album, I might have chosen different had I known about purrcast. Yes, purrcast, a new series of podcasts that consist entirely of kitties purring. They're so soothing it's ridiculous, and the only bad part is that they're so damned short. Well, that, and it makes me miss Rowdy. Hopefully this moment of preciousness makes up for the maiming, screaming, and general upset featured in the previous post.
