[sexual euphemism made from movie title removed at author's request]

I've always felt kind of weird for being attracted to Antoine Doinel, the lead character in Truffaut's The 400 Blows.

Why? Well, as this shot should make readily apparent, Doinel is in school, and while there's no real indication exactly what grade he's in, contextual clues seem to indicate somewhere around 6th or 7th grade, making him something like 11 or 12. So yeah, pretty much NOT okay. Fortunately though, on reading a column today from Roger Ebert's Great Movies series I learned that the actor playing Doinel, Jean-Pierre Leaud, was 15 years old when the film was made, which, while still not (emphasis on the lower case) okay, moves my crush from the "To Catch a Predator" column to the "Daniel Radcliffe in Prisoner of Azkaban" column - not necessarily appropriate, but I've pretty much come to grips with that one. And seriously, he's fucking hot, right? I think I need to go pray.
